Pro Team XSV
Pro Team XSV is a successful program in the NXL, or National XBall League. The XSV program is featured in a series of professional tournaments, including NPPL Division 1, the Millennium Pro Series, and the NPPL Super 7. As a result of their high profile successes in pro tournaments like the Millennium JerksPro, XSV has been successful with several lines of paintball products that include cradles and drop forwards, high end electronic markers, and their pro paintball jerseys, the same jerseys used in games such as the NPPL Pro Crown. In team rankings 2006, the Sacramento XSV ranked second overall, trailing only the San Diego Dynasty in total points scored in the NPPL Super 7.

The NPPL Super 7 is a seasonal event taking place in multiple cities, including Orange County, California, San Diego California, Boston Massachusetts, Tampa Bay Florida, and Huntington Beach California. The NPPL Super 7 scoring goes as follows: in a single game, a given team can score a maximum of 100 points. The 100 points maximum is made up of
- 7 points for keeping all your players alive at the end of the game (one point for each player still alive).
- 21 points for eliminating all 7 of your opponents (3 three points per player eliminated).
- 40 points for handing the other opponents flag first.
- 32 points for grabbing the other opponents flag first.
The team that has scored the most points by the end of the game wins. In each event, two teams face off in one on one action, in a best of three series against each other. The first team to win the games advances on in the tournament, or wins the tournament championship. In any individual game, the game is declared a draw if both teams have the same score at the end of the game. If the 3 games series ends in a draw, then each team selects their best player to go into a one on one sudden death shootout. A draw from the 3 game series could include a win for each team and a draw in one of three games, or a drop in all three games.
The Pro Team XSV is a perennial champion or competitor in NPPL Super 7 events such as the NPPL Boston Open at Gillette Stadium. The NPPL championship event, featuring the Pro Team XSV, was attended by over 45,000 paintball and enthusiasts over the three day weekend. There was an enthusiastic but fan friendly atmosphere at the NPPL Boston event, and the event drew fans, sponsors, and some of the game's most elite players. The Gillette Stadium hosted event was well received among pros and fans alike, and the Pro Team XSV look forward to returning there in 2007.
