Chicago Evil - NPPL Super 7
The Chicago Evil were a competitive team in the NPPL Super 7 in 2006. In 2006, the Chicago Evil ranked 9th at the end of the season. The Chicago Evil were a successful professional NPPL team in 2007, placing in the top ten of the major events. They placed 9th in San Diego, fourth in Boston, and 8th at Orange County California. The Chicago Evil in 2006 followed up a successful 2005 season, where they ranked 9th for the season, ahead of the London Nexus, the Tigers, and the HB Redz Sedition. In 2005, the Chicago Evil finished just behind the New England Hurricanes, Los Angeles Infamous, and the Miami Rage. The Miami Rage, like the Chicago Evil, are a team of dedicated professionals, who have remained competitive in the NPPL Super 7 from year to year. The Miami Rage are a well respected program, and wherever they hold tryouts for new roster positions, the best of upcoming players from around the country show up to compete for that roster spot. Teams like the Chicago Evil and the Miami Rage play NPPL Super 7 games that are the most viewed in the sport.

The Chicago Evil and other NPPL pro teams enjoyed a fan base that continues to grow every year. In the 2006 NPPL Boston Open at Gillette Stadium, the Chicago Evil came in fourth place with nineteen points, just ahead of the Saint Louis Avalanche who had 17 points, and the New England Hurricanes who had 15 points. The top finishers in this event were the Miami Rage in first place, the Naughty Dogs in second, the Joy Division in third, and the Chicago Evil in fourth place. The Miami Rage won their first game, eliminating the Naughty Dogs players while only losing 1. Both teams held their ground with this first game, with neither team executing a flag hand. In the second game, the Naughty Dogs fought back, winning the game with 5 of their players still in the game. In the third game, the Naughty Dogs broke out with an early lead, but Rage fought back, evening the score and gaining ground on them in the process. In the final minutes the Rage were up on the Dogs 3 to 1. The Rage were eventually able to overwhelm the last standing player, but not before he took a player with him. The Miami Rage on their first Super 7 championship using their new Angel 1 markers.
The Chicago Evil were also competitive at the NPPL Commander's Cup 2006. Team Dynasty won the Commander's Cup, with the Chicago Evil remaining competitive. With this win, Dynasty won the Commanders Cup and the 2006 NPPL Series. Dynasty had 100 total points for the year, with a second place finish at Huntington Beach, a second place finish in Tampa, and the tournament championship at the Commander's Cup. While being challenged and falling behind in the early season events, Dynasty Paintball made a strong finish at the end of the year, taking the tiebreaking game in the championship against the Stockholm Joy Division. Under the direction of Davey Williamson, Dynasty played a competitive semi-final series against XSV, and eventually winning to get to the finals series. The battle for third and fourth place took place between XSV and the Naughty Dogs, with XSV winning and capturing third place for the tournament.
