BMX Dirt Competition
BMX is a popular brand of cycling where a rider incorporates acrobatics into the various events that he participants in. BMX is a skill event where riders must use speed and power, but also freestyle and spontaneous abilities. BMX is a sport that grew out of the streets and sidewalks we walk on. BMX is a sport that was created by young riders who would use their own bikes to perform amazing acrobatic feats, using their own environment as their field of play. While games like soccer are played on manicured lawns and fields of fixed sizes, the sport of bmx began in the streets, and many of its games reflect the origins of the sport. Street BMX still features obstacles such as staircases, benches, and walls, high jumps made from dirt slopes are include in events like the BMX Dirt Competition.

BMX Dirt Competition. The BMX Dirt Competition features some of the most high flying acrobatics that the sport has to offer. The jumps and bumps are made of clay, and covered over with dirt. The competition area has one or several bumps. The bumps are high enough for players to be able to perform bike spinning moves such as the tail whip. There are two rounds for the event, the qualifications and the finals. In each round, the cyclists perform three jumps. Riders must gain as much speed as they can on the approach up a jump so that they will stay in the air long enough to perform their tricks. Four judges score the overall performance on a scale from zero to 100, with 100 being a perfect score. The judges base their scores on the degrees of difficulty and execution of the 3 jumps. The winner of the BMX Dirt Competition is the one with the most points after 3 jumps in the finals.
The BMX Dirt Competition features some of the sport's best tricks since the surface is dirt, enabling the players to have a little more cushion in the event of a fall. This event features some of the highest jumps, increasing the hang time of riders and their ability to execute some amazing stunts. The tail whip is one popular stunt where a rider spins his bike from under his handlebars before landing on two wheels. To execute the tail whip a rider gains as much speed as he can before and during going up the big bump. When he first goes in the air, he holds the front of the bike steady under the handlebars while he pushes on the back wheel to spin the frame 360°. When the rotation is finished, the biker catches the frame with his left foot on the pedal. The right foot stabilizes the bike. Throughout this trick, the rider keeps his body forward to gear up for the landing.
BMX events like the Dirt Competition require a lot of training, and hours of work on safe landings. A BMX bike is built for short bursts of speed and a simple design so that the rider can manipulate the bike easily. A BMX bike has a front and rear brake, and foot pegs on the front and back wheels. Tom complete maneuvers such as the tail whip, the handlebars have a ring system that pivots around the axis of the handle bars that lets the brake cables follow the handlebar's movements so that it is completely free to spin 360°. Paintball and the BMX Dirt Competition both require excessive training to win games.
