This is Draxxus paint that has been mismanufactured, IE the wrong fill color in the wrong shell, wrong shell color combinations (in multicolor shelled balls) and is otherwise perfectly fine. This is a mix of brands like Hellfire, Dusk, Scorch, Inferno etc. Because of the mix of brands there is less consistency in speeds at the chrono and accuracy.
