AK 47
The original paintball maker was the Nelspot Marker from Nelson Paintball www.Nelsonpaintball.com and it was designed for making a semi-permanent mark on cows or trees for cutting. The Nelspot Marker looked like an unwieldly pistol with a clear plastic tube projecting out the back end. This tool was filled with oil based paintballs and powered by 12 gram C02 cartridges. This marker was the first paintball gun, and it was the machine used in the first paintball games. These first games would become more and more elaborate over time, and the games and objectives in them would take on military themes and military battles. Some of the military theme battles would include Oklahoma DDay and Bridge on the River Kwai. Players who compete in these paintball military simulations want to experience the glory and bravery that the soldiers based in the real battles: moving forward despite danger, taking strategic battle points against the enemy, and succeeding against fierce opposition. As the scenario games became more elaborate, the markers to these games became more elaborate as well. Today, many of the popular airsoft and paintball guns look like a real AK 47. The AK 47 is a long machine gun that is designed to fire many rounds in one second, and it is a weapon that can be handled pretty easily standing up and lying down. Players who use markers designed to look like the military take AK47 must hold a machine that has a much bigger profile than markers such as the Python Impulse from Southern Paintball Concepts and the Toxic Shocker from Toxic Performance.
Nearly all Nelson markers that look like the AK 47 are semi-automatics. Some semis that look like the AK 47 are mechanical markers, and some are electronic. Some paintball guns in this category include the Tippmann A-52. The Tippmann A-52 Tippmann actually has a series of Tippmann A5A2 markers that have a number of different models and styles depending on the components added to them. The Tippmann A-5 standard can strike players from over 150+ feet, weighs less than 4 pounds, comes with 8.5 inch length barrel, has a barrel projectile capacity of over 150 rounds, and is powered by a C02 a ounce tank. Other semi-automatic Tippmann markers include X7, MP-5 Foregrip/MP-5 Mag Air-Through Commando Stock and the X- Response. The X-7 Response has a low profile, offset hopper for a clean sideline, and magnesium receiver that is very durable and very light.

The military AK47 has been used in hundreds of American battles, and over 100 million of them have been manufactured since 1997. The AK47 assault rifle was designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov is an easy gun to manufacture, and the ammo cartridge for this machine can be quickly loaded.
