Dragun
Dragun are prolific manufacturers of high-end electronic markers, low -end electronic markers, and regulators. Dragun products are sold on websites like CTI Warehouse Network and Extreme paintball. Other makers of electronic markers include Aim Paintball, AKA, and Araikon.
Dragun Regulators. Though Dragun does specialize in the manufacturing of electronic markers, they do also produce marker accessories. One marker accessory that they produce is the dragonfly regulator. The Dragonfly Regulator works well with marker systems that use C02 and N2. The dragonfly regulator provides players with an air system that gives them a regular air pressure. Players who use this regulator can count on a consistent burst of air pressure from one shot to the next. The dragonfly makes a player's shooting more accurate from one shot to the next, as the air power releases a steady blast of air from one shot to the next. The Dragun regulator has been used with paintball guns like the Razorback from Kapp, the Cold Fusion Autococker from P&P, and the Vengeance Attitude from System X.
Electronic Markers. Dragun manufactures both low end and high end electronic markers. For around hundred $150, players can purchase the Dragonfire Bottomline LCD. The Dragonfire Bottomline LCD is made with a really good frame and inner workings, and is a popular gun for playing with and upgrading. With a few upgrades, and a new barrel kit, these markers have been found to approach the performance of Cockers and Mags. The Dragonfire comes equipped with the bottomline connection, Dragun Thread barrel, Volumizer, 10 BPS preset, and electronic LCD operation. This marker is one of the highest performing machines to have a LCD screen in its price range, and it comes with a high performance barrel. Some barrel upgrades for this machine may include the UC barrels from Viewloader and the Ugly step from Warped Sportz.
A less expensive version of the dragonfire bottomline LCD would be the dragon fire compact LCD. This machine also has an LCD screen along with many other features such as the 10 BPS preset and a dragon thread barrel. Players who have used these markers say that it performs well, especially for the front players. Players further back who want to improve on the accuracy of this machine often upgrade to a larger barrel. The paintball gun shoots as fast as you need it to, and players at the professional level have used this machine.
In the high-end electronic marker category, this manufacturer has produced the Dragonfly LED and the Dragonfire LCD. The Dragon LED is stacked with a 2-piece vertical, Electronic LED Operation, Custom "fly" beavertail, and aluminum Double Trigger. The Aluminum Double Trigger is as light as a feather and can be compressed with the lightest touch. The Dragonfire LED has a quick release bolt.
