Midnight Sun Tournament Series
The sport of paintball that was born in the Northeast United States now stretches as far south as Argentina and as far north as Alaska. The Midnight Sun Tournament series brings competitive games to Alaska. Players from Alaskan fields like Peninsula Paintball and 907 Paintball come to the Midnight Sun Tournament series to lay it on the line and prove that they are the best. Other regional US tourney circuits include the Northern Lights Paintball League, Pev's 2007 Tournament Series, and Montana's Snowball Winter Series. The MSTS plays many of the tournament games at Element Paintball in Anchorage Alaska. Element Paintball is also known as 907 Paintball, and information about their courses and events can be found at 907Paintball.com. The MSTS are sponsored by Element Paintball.
Paintball Chaos-are one of Alaska's most prolific and successful paintball teams who have an impressive track record at MSTS and many other tournament events. Chaos's myspace page includes a lot of information about their dynamic player roster, who win 2007 included Mike Weber, Brian Michele, Barry Andrews, Kevin Hodgkins, Tamara Kaniaopi, Todd Glidewell, Dustin Wilson, Curtis Sins, and Scott Stewert.

Team Chaos has really put Alaskan paintball on the map, with their dynamic web presence and videos of their games posted on sites like myspace. At their myspace page, they have published videos of some of their Midnight Sun Tournament Series Games that show action in real time, as well as some amazing slow motion shots where you can view the projectiles of paintballs from the muzzle of their guns to their opponents. The opening shots of their MSTS Season 1, round video shows players running together and with purpose off the breaking, setting an aggressive tempo for the game. The opening scene from the video shows one of the players advancing up the field quickly and taking a strategic position behind one of the field Dorito bunkers. Subsequent scenes showed two Chaos players running at full speed off the brake while running and shooting, making it very tough on their opponents. The MSTS video shot on their myspace page was filmed and edited by Shanon Rowsey and Ryan Michele.
The Northern Lights Paintball League is another paintball league that hosts in the shadow of the North Pole. The NLPL is sponsored by Crossfire Paintball, Team Products Paintball, and Stalker Paintball. NLPL games are hosted in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.
