Virginia Paintball Fields
Virginia is known as the mother of presidents, because it is the birthplace of eight U.S. presidents: Woodrow Wilson, Zachary Taylor, John Tyler, William Henry Harrison, James Monroe, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington. There are far more beautiful places in Virginia than I could possibly list in this article, but some of its most beautiful places include the University of Richmond, Virginia Beach, and the Shenandoah Valley. The capital of Virginia is Richmond and its largest city is Virginia Beach. Virginia is a beautiful state to live and visit, and it has many modern buildings that inspire the imaginations of people as well as older buildings that were the homes of some of the founding fathers of the United States. Scenic drives in the state include the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, an engineering wonder that has you surrounded by sea without leaving your car; a fishing and observation pier and restaurant are along the way. State Parks like George Washington and Jefferson National Forests satisfy people's oxygen fine - and Virginia Beach's First Landing/Seashore State Park has ocean front campsites where people can see beautiful sunsets.
Charlottesville and the Shenandoah Valley are both historic regions and places of great natural beauties. Residents of Charlottesville, in the Piedmont region, call it "Mr. Jefferson's Country." Charlottesville includes prestigious places like Winchester, Stonewall Jackson's headquarters, and Monticello. Jefferson built his beloved Monticello on a "little mountain" over a period of 40 years, from 1769 to 1809. The house was designed by Thomas Jefferson, and its interior contains many of his inventions, including the polygraph. Natural beauties in Virginia include the Appalachian Trail and Natural Bridge. Natural Bridge is a 215 foot high, 90 foot long arch that was created as the creek below gradually carved out of lime stone. Called the Bridge of God by the Monocan Indians who discovered it, the formation today really is a bridge, supporting U.S. 11.
The woods and fields of Virginal contain many impressive Virginia paintball fields. In Virginia Beach, Fox Paintball Park encourages players to run hard, shoot fast, and compete with reckless abandon. Most of Fox's fields are located in the woods, and they are open for business from June 27th until the end of the summer. Their park includes woodsball and speedball fields, and their hours of operation are Wednesdays from 12-6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM-4 PM. Fox Brothers Paintball Park sponsors paintball teams at all levels. Currently, Fox sponsors teams such as Seek and Destroy, Young Guns, and Fox Brothers open class. Fox has 25 minute attack and defend games, with huge wild fortresses and full sized tanks as props on the field.

Other Virginia paintball fields include Dragon Paintball in South Boston, New Kent Paintball Games and Lanexa, and Splat Brothers Paintball in Hopewell. Splat Brothers Paintball have special events such as Wacky Wednesdays and 7th Assault: Rock Us Grunge. 7th Assault: Rock Us Grunge is an 8 hour scenario event hosted by Bebop productions where the grunge rock players team up against old school rockers to mark each other up and defend their brand of music. Splat Brothers supports the police and military with entry fee discounts.
