Rhode Island Paintball Fields
Rhode Island is one of five states in New England, and it is the smallest state in the country in square miles. The capital and largest city in the state is Providence, and "Hope" is their state motto. Rhode Island, has a rich history and many options for traveling and sightseeing, with its Atlantic coast and proximity to historic Massachusetts. The eastern end of Rhode Island is a pretty short distance from Cape Cod Massachusetts, a region that is full of history and beautiful shorelines. Some popular beaches in Cape Cod includes Monument Beach in Bourne, Pleasant Bay in the Cape, and Attaquin Beach. And Rhode Island has a beautiful coast of its own. Beautiful beaches line the southern coast of Rhode Island. Misquamicut State Beach is Westerly, Charlestown Beach in Charlestown, and Scarborough State Beach in Narragansett are three of the best. Watch Hill is a Victorian-era resort village with miles of beautiful beaches and a lighthouse.
Other vibrant towns in Rhode Island besides Providence include Block Island and Newport. Newport is one of the greatest sailing cities in the world and host to world-class jazz, blues, folk, and classic music festivals. More than 200 colonial homes and shops still stand from the cities' first period of prosperity, the 18th-century golden age. Some of the most famous locations in Newport include the Museum of Newport History at the Brick Market, the 1748 Hunter House, the Newport Historical Society, and the 1724 built Trinity Church.
Providence is New England's third largest city behind Boston and Worcester, and another town that has enjoyed quite a modern renaissance. Other cities in America that are enjoying a cultural and economic revival include Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Manhattan New York City. In downtown Providence, a convention center, outdoor ice rink, a riverfront park, and an upscale shopping mall now draw tourists and visitors from outlying towns. Some notable Providence hotspots include the Arcade on Weybasset Street, Waterplace Park and Riverwalk, and the art deco styled Providence Biltmore.
Though Rhode Island does not have any famous sports teams they do have a number of edgy Rhode Island paintball fields. At Riptide Paintball in Portsmouth, they have a modern X-Ball field that offer spirited paintball games. Warzone RI Paintball in North Kingstown has tournaments and special events that draw huge crowds of players. Among their special events is a Mother's Day Massacre where moms get free paintball gear rentals and an event called Halloween Havoc, where players in costume are eligible for free stuff. Warzone is a fan friendly environment that hosts special promotions on big holidays to encourage players of all age levels to strap on safety goggles and paintball ammo. On July first they will have an event called the Warzone 4th of July Celebration, where festive paintballers only have to pay a $5 entrance fee.
Other Rhode Island paintball fields include Paintball Warriors Paintball in West Greenwich, and Providence Indoor Paintball in Providence. Providence indoor paintball has a great indoor facility that allows them to host tournaments and private games throughout the year. Providence Indoor Paintball hosts private group games for birthday party celebrators and corporate events.
