New York Paintball Fields
Though New York is most known for its main city (NYC), this state is full of history, interesting things to see, and amazing natural landmarks. From its west end to its east end, the state is full of natural wonders and historic landmarks. In eastern New York, on its border with Massachusetts, there is that include a part with scenic hiking trails, and an 80 foot waterfall. This park is part of the Mount Washington State Forest. If you enjoy beautiful rivers and natural wonders, your journey may take you to the northern tip of the state to see Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls, the most accessible and famous waterfall in the world, is actually three huge water falls: The American and Bridal Veil Falls, in New York, and Horseshoe Falls, in Ontario, Canada. Niagara Falls is just one portion of Niagara Falls State Park. If you are a thrill seeker and do not mind getting a little wet, you may want to take a tour on the Maid of the Mist boat ride. The Maid of the Mist boat ride brings you close enough to the bottom of the falls to be sprayed by the awesome mist that the Horseshoe Falls waterfall gives off at its crashes into the water below. Other memorable destinations outside of New York City include Whiteface Mountain Ski Center in Lake Placid, the Bear Mountain Inn in Albany, the Catskills, and the Hudson Valley.
Inside New York City, you may be coming for business in one of its many towering skyscrapers of commerce, a guest at one of their many media centers, or there for sightseeing. Travelers may see Rockefeller Center in Midtown, the Broadway Theater District in Times Square, or the entire city skyline from the top of the Empire State Building.
New York is truly where the sport of paintball got started, its first games were played in New York and New Hampshire. Today, there are nearly 70 New York Paintball fields. Some of the most popular fields in the state include Agape Farms Paintball in Corinth, Crazy Paint in Mohegan Lake, and Cousins Indoor Paintball in Hauppauge. Cousins Indoor Paintball has a number of different campuses, including one in Hauppauge as well as others in New York and New Jersey. Cousins has several special events and special promotions in 2007 that will encourage some people to play paintball for the first time and others to become more competitive. Cousins Paintball in 2007 will have special promotions such as a Father's Day special where daddies play free and Monday specials where you can shoot any paint you want all night long. Cousins is especially experienced at hosting paintball parties for kids and company outings. Cousins Paintball has Proshops in Mount Kisco, Deer Park, Medford, Franklin Square, and Newburgh.

Other New York paintball fields include Amapro Fun Center in Liberty, Crazy Paint in Mohegan Lake, and Fury Paintball in Elbridge. Fury Paintball has hyperpipe, X-Ball, and other challenging fields. At First Prize Paintball in Albany, the games are built to be played and watched, as their fields are built with surrounding stadium seating and lighting. The field has special facilities for players and emerging referees, who take First Prize's NPPL Ref Training Classes.
