Kentucky Paintball Fields
Kentucky is a state that is known for many things, its successful college basketball teams, horse racing championships, and fantastic Kentucky Paintball fields. When one thinks of the state of Kentucky, they may think of Final Four basketball championships, fertile farmlands, bluegrass music, and beautiful national parks. Some of the finest national parks in Kentucky include Dale Hollow, Lake State Resort Park, Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park, and Rough River Dam State Resort Park. Rough River Dam State Resort Park is a huge park composed of a manmade dam that holds up a recreational lake of over 5000 acres. The Rough River Dam at this park is more than three hundred high and stretches nearly 1700 feet across.
Kentucky is famous for the Kentucky Derby, one of the biggest horse racing events in the country. Past winners of the Kentucky Derby include Street Sense and rider Calvin Borel, Barbaro and rider Edgar Prado, Giacomo and rider Mike E. Smith, and Smarty Jones and jockey Stewart Elliott. Other places and events associated with the Kentucky Derby include the Kentucky Derby Museum, Kentucky Derby Festival, and Derby Pie. The Kentucky Derby is one of three events of the horse racing Triple Crown. The Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing consists of three races: the Belmont Stakes, Preakness Stakes, and the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs.

Kentucky is known for several things that have influenced the American cultural. In the field of entertainment, this state has helped to bring bluegrass music to the people. Blue grass music is a uniquely American sound gelled from a fusion of Scottish and English folk music, rural African-American jazz, and the blues. Bluegrass is predominantly acoustic, and there is very little use of electric guitars or other electronic instruments. Typical instruments used to make the unique Bluegrass sound include the upright bass, mandolin guitar, guitar, banjo, and fiddle. Other unique sites in the great state of Kentucky include Red River Gorge, Mammoth Cave National Park, and Downtown Louisville.
Several Kentucky paintball fields worthy of playing at include Cumberland College ROTC Paintball Club, N-tense Sports, Open Range, and Game On Paintball. Game On Paintball Park is composed of Sup' Airball airball fields, and this complex hosts regular games as well as a GXT Tournament Series for rookie divisional players. Paintball games are open for walk-on players on the first Sunday of the month, and reserved for private paintball parties on the other Sundays.
At Wizard Land in Aurora Kentucky, the staff works hard to always keep the fields in good condition, and spectators are separated from the players by a protective barrier netting. At Open Range player can practice using real firearms at the gun range, or play paintball at their indoor arena. The Proshop is located near their indoor rec ball field, so players do not have to go far between games for a CO2 or high pressure air refill.
