Colorado Paintball Fields
Colorado is located to the west of Kansas and to the east of Utah, and is known for its beautiful rocky mountains and probably the best skiing in the United States. Denver is the capital, and home of the Denver Broncos and Washington Park. With its placement within the Rocky Mountains, cities like Denver have very high elevations. Other parts of the state are flat and green, despite stereotypes. In fact, nearly half of the state is flat. The state's tallest mountain is Mount Elbert, at an elevation of nearly 15,000 feet. Colorado has more than 500 mountain peaks that reach higher than 4000 feet. Some great places to ski in Colorado include Eldora Mountain Resorts in Nederland, Silverton Mountain in Silverton, and Powderhorn Resort in Mesa. Powderhorn is almost 10,000 feet up to the summit, and has some of the most thrilling glade skiing in the region. In the summer, there are many great places in Colorado for hunting and fishing. In the northeast part of Colorado, there are great places to fish in Centennial Valley SWA, Dixon lake, and Dune Ridge.
Colorado, with its exotic geography, has a diverse selection of paintball fields throughout the state. In Sterling, Area 51 Paintball is an indoor paintball complex that is a great place to go to get your feet wet in the sport. This indoor complex is for the hardy players who don't mind playing on a hard gravel floor. Just don't try sliding on these courses or you may be going home with some bumps and scratches. The owner designed these indoor fields to have fewer bunkers so that there would be bigger lanes to run through and bigger targets for the opposition. The lighting is excellent inside the Area 51 Paintball complex and the fields are pretty open, allowing for a lot more action during games. The owner and staff at Area 51 Paintball treat every customer right, even the newbies. The staff here never forget that they were once rookies too who didn't even know what a CO2 tank looked like. The staffs at the Proshop and on the field are technically savvy, and will work with you and your paintball marker if it is not working properly. The gun smiths at this complex will help to identify the problem of your gun whether it is one of their machines or it if is your own gun. The Proshop at Area 51 is stocked with high quality markers, and you will have an effective machine in your hand when you hear the Game On signal. Some paintballs sold at their Proshop include Draxxus Arctic Inferno Paintballs, Draxxus Blaze Paintballs, and Draxxus FrostBite Paintballs.

At Signal 20 Paintball, their field and staff have put together some of the best airball and speedball fields in the state. Some X-Ball style events that are hosted by Signal 20 Paintball include a 3-man Summer Tournament. Signal 20 Paintball LLC is located in Salida Colorado. Signal 20 is locally owned by a group of enthusiasts that want to put together weekly rec games, fun private group parties, and X-Ball style tournaments throughout the year.
Victory Paintball in Loveland is situated in a good location for events such as Bachelor Party Paintball and Church Group Paintball. Victory Paintball has two story structures that players can shoot from as they try to defend the area.
