Tank - Inflatable Bunker
The Tank Inflatable Bunker is used for airball fields that require a more realistic feel than you may get from more geometric bunkers like the Temple or the Cylinder. Mighty Paintball produce a Tank Bunker that resembles a real military tank, with a long black barrel, and a base with wheels under it to transport it to a battle. The Cannon Bunker by Mighty Paintball is 10 feet long from the end of its barrel to the front of its base. With is non-symmetrical shape, their bunker gives players who seek cover behind it a number of interesting challenges and advantages. This bunker gives paintball players a lot of cover for players who stand behind it in the middle. It is a call looking inflatable, with a black cannon barrel with six stars along a line in the middle of it. The base is all red, with white painted artwork that includes two wheels on its sides to make it look more realistic, as well as the Mighty logo down the middle. This bunker is from Mighty's scenario bunkers series. Other bunkers from this series include the Rock, Rocket, Snake, Torso, Tree, and Tank. Some scenario events where bunkers like these may be used may include Advanced Forces at Ledgers Field and Operation: Impact at GRC Paintball.

Operation Impact is a 2 day scenario games event that revolves around the feared Armageddon scenario, or the end of the world. In this event, the catastrophe involves not the threat of nuclear war or religious apocalypse, but bombardment from meteors. In this scenario, the year is 2020. After being pummeled by asteroids for the last 4 years with increasingly larger asteroids, the world's greatest scientists have finally put in place a network of satellites around the planet protecting us from all future impacts. But little did anyone know that the real threat to the world had not yet made their presence known. While the greatest physicists and scientists were working on the challenge of asteroid bombardment, beings from other worlds were planning an invasion.
The asteroids in our planet that are bombarding our atmosphere are the remains of another planet that earth's scientists knew only as R-142. The residents of this planet were a collection of very militant societies who were in a perpetual state of war among themselves and all the surrounding forms of intelligent life in their system. To fuel their industrial military complex, the leaders of these warring factions were constantly mining for raw materials to keep their war machine going. The planet's destruction was caused by extreme over-mining during their search for raw materials.
During one mining expedition, there was an explosion big enough to wipe out almost all life forms on the planet. Most of the Horde race was exterminated, but those who were in space survived. Without a world to return home to, the Horde race gathered those of their kind that were left and traveled in search of a new planet that they could settle on. Eventually, the Horde people found Earth and began to plan their invasion.
Paintball scenario events like these represent one of the two categories of scenario events: themes based on real military events and invasion themes. Tank inflatable bunkers as well as the Rocket bunkers are great bunker shapes for getting into the fantasy imagining that you're fighting off an alien invasion.
