The Snake bunker is unique and challenging in several different ways. The Snake Bunker is one of the most physically demanding of the bunkers because it is a laying-down bunker that players will have to crawl along for up to 40 feet. This can be a very physically demanding task, in tournament games played in the hotter conditions and the Snake is a laying down bunker because of its low vertical profile, and players must often crawl on their hands and knees along the entire length of this amazing bunker. The Snake also has its own distinct advantages to the person inside it as well. With the bunkers long length, players can keep their location hidden from would be assassins who are trying to figure out where he is going to come out of it. The player crawling along the bunker could either travel along the entire length of the obstacle, for he could suddenly rise up along any section of it and rapid fire at the enemy. In this instance, the player in the bunker was able to use this long bunker to his advantage, even though he had to spend the majority of his time on his stomach. Sup'Air is one of the most prominent manufacturers of the Snake Bunker. The Snake has sometimes been set up near the center line of the speedball field, and it has sometimes been placed near the sidelines of the field, parallel to the sidelines.
Other Inflatable Bunker shapes include the Bumper and the Burger. Because of its size, the opposing player can really know what to expect when a player goes to hide behind these inflatables. Because both of these bunkers are less than 10 feet long even at their long ends, a would be shooter can aim his gun in the general direction of the area the shooter thinks the player is going to come out. But with the Snake, the player inside the bunker could at any moment come over the top and start shooting from any length along the bunker.
