Rock - Inflatable Bunker
Paintball is a sport that started in a rural area in New Hampshire, but has left its humble beginnings behind with league games now that are covered nationally for leagues such as the Global Paintball League and the NPPL. The game that was once exclusive to games played in wooded areas and tree bunkers now is played both indoors and outdoors, during the day and at night. As the games have become more specialized, a new sport emerged where the fields were smaller, and player would shoot from fields with identical bunker arrangements on both sides of a field. These fields were called speedball fields, with fixed dimensions like two sides of a basketball field. These fields were rectangular, and inflatable bunkers dotted both sides of the field in such a way that if you drew up the field and dotted the bunkers, the dots would connect if you folded the paper in half. Bunkers for fields such as these include the Snake, Cone, Wings, Temple, Car Wash, Dorito, Rollie, Can, Dollhouse, and Spike. These bunkers produce practically every shape and size that you can come up with in your imagination. These bunkers suit the paintball field effectively with their geometric shapes, wide bases, and different shooting angles that they offer players. Some companies that produce tournament style inflatable bunkers include Ameri-Brand Products, Sup'Airball, R2 Inflatable Bunkers, and Extreme Rage.

The companies mentioned above have the speedball arenas covered, but what about the fields for scenario paintball? Aren't scenario paintball fields only supposed to have natural bunkers like stick piles and bags of sand? Isn't it a paradox to put inflatable bunkers and scenario paintball together? Could it tear a hole in the Universe? The Mighty Paintball Corporation doesn't think so, and they have a scenario bunker series with bunkers shaped like players, bunkers shaped like soldiers, and bunkers shaped like natural objects.
Mighty Paintball have a line of scenario bunkers that are designed to mimic objects that you would see in a Woodsball environment. They have Rock Inflatable bunkers, Snake bunkers, and Tree bunkers that all (loosely) resemble natural objects. Mightie's Rock bunker is wide and grey, and has an irregular shape that is topped with two peaks of different heights. Their Rock inflatable bunker is 4.5 feet high at its tallest peak. Some scenario events that may have these types of bunkers could include: Iwo Jima: Climb the Mountain (previewed in mppgames.com), and the Air Force's Presidential Assassination Game, (previewed in WorldDaily.com)
Scenario paintball usually involves two common components: play over rural, rugged terrains, and games that revolve around a military event or other themed scenario. In the spirit of military themes, Mighty Paintball offers a Cannon Bunker, Racket Bunker, Cannon, and Torso. When using the Torso bunker, you can imagine him as another soldier backing you up or as another enemy player if he is on the other side of the fields. Some scenario events that may feature bunkers such as these include Oklahoma D-Day, Operation: Impact (NY), and Invasion of Normandy (Pennsylvania).
